Tarrifs don’t work if we don’t buy anymore. Look for European alternatives they’re better in every way always. Something about the EU council VS letting the private sector that would sell children for profit decide what’s best.

Easier to do during the summer months. Might be more challenging in winter, depending on volumes coming from greenhouses.

Oh yeah? Haven’t noticed a lot of Mexican produce in Ontario. We should import more from Mexico. I’m sure CP can do an express train from Mexico. Cheap low emissions shipment? Mexican produce probably is cheaper than California too.

I’ve seen some vegetables from there, lettuce and such. Other places farther south, too, such as grapes from Chile. I imagine more will be imported as American produce loses sales.

Tons of other countries with the right climate to supply us in winter. The USA isn’t unique here in the world. There is virtually nothing that grows in the USA exclusively.

Small price to pay for not supporting a country run by a child rapist.

Plus, the States are a high polluting country vs many of the places we can get food from. We’re probably offsetting a lot of carbon by not giving Americans money. 😂
