During covid or right after they turned off every other street light to save energy. It was great, they turned them off after 22h or something. Pretty much everyone hated it for no reasons. “It’s dangerous for the children.” The children that plat on the streets in the middle of the night? It wasn’t even pitch black or even close to. We still had more streetlights at only 50% running than many other places.

I only had one operation in my life and had to get a general anesthetic. It was pretty funny to count down from 10 and not even making it to 7. Probably the closest thing to dying i guess. Now you’re here, now you’re gone. But i woke up too early, but thankfully they were done. I spooked them because i was talking gibberish while still in the operation room.

Something like 20 years ago, i assumed that every generation that comes after mine, will be so much better with computers, because they grow up with it. So that’s not true at all as it turns out. I remember working with 20is year old guys together and they they mostly had iphones. They told me that they are also into computers, gaming and stuff like that. The more i talked to them the more i realised that they have no idea what i was talking about. I explained one of them how to do a thing on his phone and he was super lost. It was worse thN explaining my mom something. He kept asking where he finds the app i’m talking about and i kept telling him that it’s not an app, it’s something you do on the phone. Yeah i get that, but i don’t have the app for that.

I donyeven know tbh. I stumbled across that short accidentally, and the music soundtrack slaps. The design choices is something i haven’t seen before. That guy firing radioactive (?) laser which slightly corrupts the camera footage is so damn cool. And the laser just lingering around. It’s these small details that makes it a real piece of art to me and i wish more science fiction movies would dare something other than “people in the future have funny hats.”
