If you enjoyed it then it’s fine.
What people are pointing out is the pool of sauce. If made well, the liquid would be fully emulsified and adhere to the pasta and not be pooling at all. The fact that it’s pictured like this in the menu is almost a crime in itself.
For me it didn’t matter what I used, until I tried growing it out and trying long hair. Frizzy hair horrors, until I figured out what hair care process worked for me.
