1·2 months agoAh, I threw it in there, having a routine still is good. There’s no data yet, but over the next several months I can hopefully get that to exclude all the meat recipes. Honestly, there may not be many left. Finding good recipes has been a struggle, so if you have something you want me to add, I can.
Thank you for the kind words, simple, but customizable, is what I’ve been going for.

2·2 months agoAt the moment, no. It’d probably be easiest to add meat as an allergen, but I was just let go at my job, so it’s unlikely I’ll be adding new features atm.

9·4 months agoI’m proud of my apps I’ve been working on to help me get through life easier with adhd. I put my vision therapy exercises on there as well and just got a nice message the other day about how helpful those were to somebody.

6·5 months agoBanana pancakes - just an egg and banana mixed together into a batter and fried for a few minutes. I throw on some frozen strawberries usually and its quite good

8·5 months agoIt’s likely you’re not getting enough sleep in those 48 hours after you drink one. Dreams occur in the ‘lightest’ sleep stage, which is also the least restful.
You’re probably still feeling the effects of the energy drink the next day which may be why you feel well rested, even though you’re not. Then after 48 hours you crash and your body wants to catch up on the deep sleep you missed out on for the past two days.
Ohm chanting. The only thing that my adhd mind can get through w/o being distracted for.




I took 75mg of iron or so 48 hours before an mri and couldn’t feel anything. Not right before, but I take it your body does absorb it fairly quickly and then it becomes fairly non magnetic
