Am forklift driver. Can confirm this is how you reach the top shelves.
So, januari 9 was pi day?

You can make a “joe dirt” work.

For style, initially, but whatever floats your boat.

Sure, but at least I can lookup a picture of a celebrity. If you want to have the same beard as John from accounting. Than I wouldn’t have a clue what you’re talking about.
So there’s no celebrity worship going on here, just practicality.
And they say social media is stumping creativity. Look at this fella finding a new hobby.

The comment suggests that that is not the case here.

What’s so special about that? It’s basically just googling, but it takes a second instead of an hour. With the added downside that you don’t learn a thing, so you’ll never be able to do it without AI.

Still an awesome game
Fuck these billionair bus company CEO’s. They’re all like “we’re a family” when they want you to work overtime, but they’re like “you’re fired for almost killing 50 children” when you take a much needed nap the next day.
It’s 50/50 for me. If my wife brings our son to bed, I often hop on my laptop and get things done until 10-ish, then I watch some series and then I go to bed… Yesterday I had the fun idea to start a personal website, you know, with an fun looking resume thingy and a blog section and a showcase for all the projects you never finished.
Other times I’m just looking at my phone until I suddenly realize it’s already midnight and now I feel bad.

Special thanks to our developers, testers, moderators, and supporters for your invaluable contributions and of course Plex for pushing so many users our way in 2025!
How they should have written that line.

There’s still people who don’t know it’s a fake fact. It worked a bit too well, I guess it was even easier than they anticipated.
In my country it’s common to start work as young as 12 (legal minimum), but usually before your 16th birthday. It’s only a couple hours (less than 10, I think) in weekends or after school. The law also prohibits too many hours for young adults and especially kids.
You can’t do every job at that age. Most kids do something like stocking in a supermarket or a paper route. I think it is an invaluable experience for kids that age. You learn that you have to work hard for your money and what the real value if money is.
My first job was sorting mail in a distribution centre when I was 15. My wife however, started her first job at 12, as a help in a pet store and stayed their until she was 20.
I get the point you’re making, but it’s also very reductive
