I got my A+ cert and was actively looking/interviewing for entry level IT. This was after leaving my SEO career. I was substitute teaching for some supplemental income and found that I enjoyed it tremendously and I connected with the kids who were always happy to see me in their schools.

There’s probably a lot more like his fights with Nuke, fights with US Agent, his partnership with Falcon and being a White patriotic symbol partnered with a Black man (Sam Wilson - Falcon) from Harlem, Winter Soldier, and a lot newer ones

I’m curious which comic you read exactly? I’m questioning the comment about the always “blind and unreasonable patriotism” you mentioned.

Cap in the comics continually goes against the government and corruption since his re-introduction in the 60s. He’s always been a man for the people.

He talks about the American Dream and wears the Stars and Stripes specifically because he is fighting for what America should be and has continuously been about fighting to ensure that all people are provided equity and inclusion. He even threw away the costume and became Nomad for a while because he was so disgusted with America (the storyline mimicked Nixon and Watergate). He’s fought nationalists, nazis, and neo nazis.

What is the interesting stuff you’re interested in? The only things that appeal to me would be Star Wars flight sims, being a superhero of some kind, or that survival game in the Alien universe.

VR seemed like it would be exciting, but in a small room and being older it is difficult to not hit something or to not get some sort of vertigo and feel sick. It just isn’t for me despite really wanting it to be!

I thought it was a really good sequel with a nice twist and redemption arc. Considering the first one was almost 30 years ago, it was a test to see if they could capture the humor of the time while updating it.

Now, the most recent Bill and Ted? That did NOT work, and I turned it off after 30 minutes despite wanting so incredibly badly to want to like it.

Seth Rogan is a dude I don’t really care much for, but if you get a chance to watch The Studio then do it. He is fantastic in that!
