1·1 month agoCan’t speak to the why but in practice, nobody ever gets punished for abusing DMCA takedowns even with they use bots to spam fraudulent claims, and it’s a widespread practice.
They’re cool with it.
False DMCA takedowns need to be criminalized, companies have abused them for decades now.

Mid drives are fine, 1500w is a stupid amount of power to put through them on a regular bicycle though. Even half that is more than you need with a decent drive train.
If you go with hub drive though, be sure to add torque arms!
