I’m GenX, I bought my first PC in 1988, and made a living in part, setting up LANs, back when knowing anything at all about computers could get you a job. GenX early adopters taught millennials computers.

Most jobs include some element of unpaid work.

Man, they’re twisting the data hard to try to make China look good here. They’re falling back on per capita, and cumulative to try to hide that they’re the largest emitter of carbon by far, much of it is from burning coal, which they are still doing much more than any other country.

This is greenwashing, nothing more.

Censorship isn’t recent. It’s been with us since the dawn of civilization.

You take offense at being corrected? Rather than take responsibility for making a mistake, you blame others for correcting you. That is something Trump does. I hope you grow out of this phase of your life, for your own sake.

Arrested and strip-searched for a first offense? That’s fucking ridiculous. I hope the lawsuit succeeds. It’s the only peaceful tool we have to curb over-zealous law enforcement.
