People without insurance die, even from easily preventable things. Then it bogs down the entire health care system because this small thing festers or gets worse. The person is taken to the ED, sometimes by EMS, using up resources. Then they spend hours in the ED being treated and using up hospital resources. Some go home, some have to be admitted taking up a bed and using more hospital resources.

Then, depending on the issue they could die. I’d want to throw in other options like SNF, ALF, LTC, or Rehab facility, but that requires insurance authorization or money, something people without insurance don’t have.

So no instead of using tax payer money to give people health care and get preventative treatment, we spend significantly more tax payer money on EMS and hospital resources.

The same argument, which has been tested and validated, can be said about it being cheaper to give the homeless a free small apartment.

I have a few tiny couches for my cats. Not crochet, but one is velvet and the other is I guess regular cloth. They don’t really tear them up. Plus velvet is one of the best materials to have with cats. It cleans up easily and because of the way it’s made and feels, it’s not really fun or relaxing for them to claw it.

Whenever there is an issue with anything relating to genders it’s always about trans women, not trans men.

They talk about trans women in women’s bathrooms, but never trans men in men’s bathroom. If they wanted your original gender, then you’d have trans men in women’s bathrooms. Basically someone that looks like a guy in the women’s bathroom.

They talk about trans women dominating women’s sports, even though there are literally none. But what about a sport where being a women, i.e. smaller and more flexible, is a benefit. Something like gymnastics.

Women are also on average a better shot, yet we don’t see discussions around trans men dominating gun or bow related sports.

There are many other examples, but generally the right always tries to attack trans women. It has to do with macho “manosphere” and equating anything less manly as a weak liberal thing.

To many in alt right groups, trans men don’t exist.
