It does as of iOS 18 last year.
Still sad, but it does finally.
A bad example considering Apple’s Calculator app for iPadOS blows Google’s out of the water.

Material 3 has got to be the ugliest design update I’ve ever seen to any design language. I’m a huge fan of Material 2 (I even implemented it in Svelte with Svelte Material UI), but I just fucking hate Material 3. It looks like Fisher Price UI.
I thought Material 3 was bad then expressive came out…
