Sounds like you would benefit from Cognitive behavioral therapy. I know I have.
CBT is a great method that works for a lot of people, but unfortunately for me when I worked on it with a therapist some years ago it wasn’t effective in helping me get my panic disorder under control.
My favorite part of CBT is that my therapist and I get a chuckle out of the other meaning of CBT and we both love that it’s basically just gaslighting yourself
The other CBT also works great but only on roughly half the population.
Journalling is good for emotional well being
