Extrajudicial killings, whether by military, law enforcement, or individuals is not a constitutional action. These are murders, not strikes. The people murdered were not proven guilty in the court of law. There was no legality in the application of the death sentence. There has been no congressionaldeclaration of war, there has been no agression towards the nation.
These boat operators were plain and simply - murdered.
