Covenant Marriages, claw-back of parental rights, restrictions on travel, a reversion to the pre-1970s laws on restrictions against women owning property or accessing credit, repealing the 19th amendment, lowering the legal age of marriage, establishing fucking dowries for the woman’s family paid out by the prospective husband… At the end of the day, this might be more comparable to Women as Real Estate than Women as Grocery Store Shelf Items. But it’s absolutely commoditization of an entire gender of people.
