Rule 1 according to .ml sidebar: No bigotry - including racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, or xenophobia.

It’s so ridiculous to claim to have a modlog for transparency, then just slap a no-reason number or flat out lie. Kudos to the admins and mods that don’t do that.
The real problem is, the main Lemmy developers actively peddle Russian and Chinese propaganda, and they know it. It really de-legitimizes Lemmy as a platform.

We’ve been trying, very few of the Lemmy instances defederate from .ml even if many defederate from the rest of the Triad because of support and the devs would take it personally (which I mean, fair, given dessalines behavior that has been documented thus far I wouldn’t put it past him at all to refuse to help on things for an instance that had the gall to defederate from his)
So it’s either boycott or move to PieFed

I never think about .ml unless someone (who isn’t from .ml) complains about .ml.
