The biggest aspects are brain and skeletal development. A lot of people think that “getting pudgy” around age 24-27 is somehow the metabolism magically changing, but it’s brain and body growth stopping.

And it’s not even that people consciously stop, as if they were exercising with intention prior. Life changes, free time changes, how we get around changes. Getting a car is the biggest aspect.

I definitely agree with the exercise part. And it’s not even that people consciously stop, as if they were exercising with intention prior. Life changes, free time changes, how we get around changes. Getting a car is the biggest aspect.
