The fact that jellyfin let’s you sort your media exactly the way you want without promoting or hiding content already puts JF miles ahead any commercial streaming services. The ease of mind is unbeatable.

For a while I stayed watching a lot of shorts even though I don’t like them much. It’s just so easy to get sucked in… But some weeks ago I found NouTube which is basically a Web version that blocks ads and sorts. It’s like the good old days. YouTube suddenly feels so interesting again. Shorts have cannibalized long format videos.
